Choosing a bike can be a difficult decision, especially with the many types of bikes available today. I have a road bike, a hybrid, and a "mountain bike", which is actually a beater Schwinn Continental. I find that I ride my hybrid most of the time, though, for many reasons, as you'll see from the article below. I also suffered from a complete knee reconstruction a dozen years ago, and I've found a way to eliminate the discomfort of biking on a bad knee.
